These terms govern your use of Cookzer ("we", "us") — the website and the Android and iOS apps, which are thin wrappers around the same website. By creating an account or using Cookzer, you agree to them.
You own what you post — recipes, photos, videos, comments, meal plans, and everything else you create on Cookzer. By posting it, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as part of running the service (showing it in feeds, search, and to people you share it with). That license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared by others (like a remade recipe) or kept briefly in backups.
Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, and don't post anything illegal, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
We may remove content, issue a warning or strike, mute, suspend, or ban an account that breaks these rules — see our moderation process in the app for how reports are reviewed.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, or to comply with the law. Either of us can stop using/offering Cookzer at any time; the license and liability terms here survive that.
Cookzer is provided "as is." Recipes, nutrition information, and AI-generated suggestions (like Cookzer+ chat responses) are for general guidance only — always use your own judgment about food safety, allergies, and dietary needs. We don't guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content, including recipes, restaurant ratings, or reviews.
To the extent permitted by law, Cookzer isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including anything related to food you make from a recipe posted by another user.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, ask you to accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cookzer is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
